Liver Problems are Common
The liver has everything to do with how we live. The state of your liver will have a huge bearing upon how well you live, and how long you live, and how you look and feel.
In today’s world, the liver has to work harder than ever before. Liver problems are increasing. One in every 10 persons suffers with some type of liver, bile duct, or gall bladder disease. Liver cancer is one of the most common cancers in men. People world wide suffer from hepatitis B which kills more that 2 million annually. Hepatitis C is the most rapid spreading infectious disease in many countries.
Liver Dysfunction
This is different to liver disease in that the liver has not yet or sustained permanent or sufficient damage to cause gross impairment of its vital functions. A dysfunctional liver is not working efficiently, and is overloaded, toxic or sluggish. One in every three persons has a dysfunctional liver. A slight dysfunction in your liver will have a negative effect on your immune system and energy levels.
Some symptoms associated with Liver Dysfunction:
- Abnormal metabolism of fats
- Elevated LDL cholesterol
- Inability to loose weight while dieting
- Sluggish metabolism
- Pot Belly
- Fatty Liver
- Excessive weight gain
- Lumps of fat in the skin
- Roll of fat around upper abdomen
- Digestive Problems

- Reflux
- Gall Stones and gallbladder disease

- Nausea and vomiting attacks

- Recurrent headaches (also migraine)
